Paco Briseño is a regenerative leadership mentor, systems thinker, and the work that reconnects practitioner and facilitator who walks with the Earth as teacher and timekeeper. Based between Spain and Latin America, Paco integrates Deep Time wisdom into regenerative education, leadership, and inner development practices. He is co-creator of the Regenerative Inner Development Goals (RIDGs) and a long-time student of Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects. Through journeys like Regenerativa 21 and the Círculo de Culturas Regenerativas, Paco invites others to remember their belonging to the 4.6-billion-year story of life—cultivating cultures that honor the long arc of time, reciprocity, and the living Earth.
