I am an organisational psychologist, executive and team coach, author and grief and mortality-awareness practitioner. I facilitate Deep Time Walks as immersive, embodied journeys through the 4.6-billion-year story of Earth, helping participants encounter ecological time as a lived experience rather than an abstract idea. My work invites reflection on interdependence, belonging and responsibility — and on how a longer perspective might change the way we live, lead and care for the future. I have worked internationally in leadership development and organisational change for more than 25 years. I am a hospice volunteer and facilitator at Maison de Tara in Geneva, and bring to each walk psychological insight, curiosity, spaciousness and a deep respect for the complexity of being human. I lead these walks with my partner Neil Ankers. I lead in English and he leads in French, so we can accommodate the multinational community surrounding Geneva.
