That is what a Deep Time Walk offers. Each metre of the 4.6 km route represents one million years of our planet’s history, so every step you take carries real geological weight. Along the way, 18 Earth Stations mark the turning points in life on Earth — from the formation of our Moon to the first flicker of life in ancient oceans, from the great mass extinctions to the astonishing rise of flowering plants. It is not a lecture. It is a co-created, living experience, woven together through storytelling, conversation, and quiet reflection in the open air.

What tends to surprise people most is not the science — it is how the walk makes them feel. Walking in the company of others through deep time has a way of shifting something quietly but profoundly: the way you see the world around you, your sense of your own place within it, and the deep kinship that connects all living things across vast stretches of time. You do not need any prior knowledge or particular fitness level — just an openness to wonder and a willingness to slow down.
