A Deep Time Walk facilitator since 2022. Nature knows the way. Nature is the way. Helena believes our collective work is about helping organisations navigate transitions towards more regenerative ways, for our planet and people to thrive, now and for future generations. Through systemic coaching, supervision and facilitation, she partners with people, teams, organisations and places. Dancing with the dynamics, complexities and potential that living systems bring. An explorer at heart, she is always looking to be in service of Life, some kind of ‘universal language’, a movement towards harmony and wholeness – with self, others and our natural environment. She integrates embodied practices throughout her work, connecting heads, hearts and bodies to tap into multiple ways of knowing.
